Miguel Ângelo Rocha (Portugal, 1964). Lives and works in Lisbon and New York. Degree in Painting at Faculdade de Belas-Artes, University of Lisbon, Portugal, MFA-Master of Fine Arts, at School of Visual Arts, New York, USA, PhD at Faculdade de Belas-Artes, University of Lisbon, Portugal. Since 2002, works as a Professor at Faculdade de Belas-Artes, University of Lisbon, Portugal. His work is exhibited in several public and private collections, such as of the Serralves Foundation, CAM-Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, MNAC – Museu Nacional de Arte Contemporânea, Carmona e Costa Foundation, EDP Foundation, MUDAM Luxembourg.
