Márcia Xavier (Belo Horizonte, 1967). Lives and works in São Paulo. Graduation in Visual Communication from FAAP of São Paulo (1989). She attended the Drawing Course with the artist Carlos Fajardo (1990, São Paulo), and the artist Joan Fontcuberta (1994, SESC Pompéia, São Paulo), the History of Art Course with the critic Rodrigo Naves (1996, São Paulo) and the free course with Ana Maria Tavares (1998, MUBE, São Paulo).
